I haven't made any bread for a while so I decided to make some beer bread. The only beer I have on tap right now is a Robust Porter I made. The recipe is the Deschutes Black Butte Porter clone from the Jamil show. My beer turned out great but I didn't use the English crystal or English chocolate and fermented a little too low so it didn't turn out just like a clone. The bread recipe is very simple:
3 cups all purpose flour
2 Tbl sugar
1 tsp salt
1 packet US-05
12oz Robust Porter
2 Tbl butter
